Cafethaki began its journey by roasting coffee for their own family to enjoy. They loved to try different beans from around the world.  As a result, small fresh batches were brewed daily in the home, served to their guests, and friends. These friends, guests and family began to understand the complexities and joys of drinking freshly roasted coffee. 

 

The flavors enlightened their senses and the demand to roast more became relevant.  For us, it's more of love to the ritual and experience that each country has to offer in a small cup that starts or maintains the day.  We want to share this love with you.
